About Us
Established in January of 2022, in partnership with collegiate athletic programs and local community organizations, we aim to provide various programming to better the community at large
Current Programming
We facilitate all aspects of donation drives of goods collected from the Duquesne University community to provide an immediate impact to the greater Pittsburgh area. Athletes and volunteers then help sort and deliver the goods to the partnered community organizations
Short Term Goals

Within the next 5 years we plan to expand programming offered to include various enrichment programs. These programs include but are not limited to:
Free SAT prep classes for students
Tutoring available for all ages
Health and wellness classes

In the near future we hope utilize the growing community engagement space to solidify long term partnerships between collegiate athletic teams and local community organizations.

Coordinating pop up community events are going to be integral to the model of Sport for Community. We plan to hold these events in tandem with local community organizations, colligate athletic programs, and small businesses in the area to foster an inclusive environment for all people.
